この度、ライアン・リッチマンHCが2025-26シーズンをもちまして、退団することをお知らせいたします。

To the entire organization and community,

Leading this team over the past three years has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I truly believe that people make the place, and people make the journey meaningful. Looking back, I feel incredibly grateful to have shared this experience with such remarkable people.

From the players, coaches, and staff, to management and ownership, every person has played a part in making this journey special. It has been a privilege to work alongside individuals of such character, passion, and commitment. Together, we experienced challenges, growth, unforgettable moments, and memories that my family and I will carry with us forever.

To our fans — thank you. You embraced us from the very beginning and made us feel welcomed, supported, and loved. Your passion and energy gave us strength, and your belief in us meant more than words can fully express.

My family and I truly came to feel that this was home, and that feeling came because of all of you. You made this journey not only possible, but beautiful.

As I move on to the next chapter, please know that my gratitude is lasting and sincere. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this team, this community, and this family.

I will always cherish these years and will forever be grateful.

この3年間、このチームを率いる機会をいただけたことは、私の人生において最も大きな名誉の一つでした。私は心から、「環境を作るのは人であり、道程を意味のあるものにするのも人である」と信じています。振り返ると、この時間を本当に素晴らしい方々と共に過ごせたことに、深い感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

選手、コーチ、スタッフの皆さん、そして経営陣やオーナーの皆さまに至るまで、一人ひとりがこの特別な歩みを作り上げてくださいました。人格、情熱、そして強い責任感を持つ皆さまと共に仕事ができたことを、心から光栄に思います。

私たちは共に困難を乗り越え、成長し、忘れることのできない瞬間と数えきれない思い出を積み重ねてきました。そのすべては、私と家族にとって一生の宝物です。

ファンの皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。皆さまは最初から私たちを温かく迎え入れ、支え、愛してくださいました。皆さまの情熱とエネルギーは私たちの力となり、そして皆さまの信頼は、言葉では表しきれないほど大きな意味を持っていました。

私と家族にとって、ここは本当に「第二の故郷」と感じられる場所になりました。そして、そのように感じられたのは、皆さま一人ひとりのおかげです。皆さまが、この道程をただの時間ではなく、本当にかけがえのない美しいものにしてくださいました。

新たな章へ進むことになりますが、皆さまへの感謝の気持ちはこれからも決して変わりません。このチーム、この地域、そしてこの家族の一員として迎えていただけたことを、心から感謝しています。
